paint mixer. He then moved into the body shops of 2 large GM dealerships
learning auto body repair and painting. After 15 years as a heavy collision
tech and painter. Paul spent his last couple years as shop manager handling
the customers and estimates, insurance companies, and purchasing.
Looking for something more and hoping to go on his own, Paul left the
dealership world to be a custom fabricator and painter for a while. Due to
family and bills that came along with it, he moved onto the insurance side
of the business in 2000 as a licensed appraiser and field network rep for a
large auto insurance company. With his prior management experience,
Paul soon moved up to lead the field training of newly hired appraisers and
manage the company's direct repair program for this area. Hoping to go on
his own once more, in August 2002 Paul helped start and manage the
second shop of Dubble's Collision Center here in Bechtelsville, PA.
Finally...after two and a half years running Dubble's Collision, Paul bought
the business to begin Excel Collision Repair & Paint Specialists, Inc. Since
opening here in August 2002, we've built a large customer base by always
turning out quality work on time with unmatched customer service and
satisfaction.
